VIVACE: GREAT LOVES OF THE SILVER SCREEN
vi - va - ce [vi-vah-chey; It.] -- vivacious; lively [see: New World Symphony annual benefit]

What: New World Symphony’s annual VIVACE fundraiser featuring Great Loves of the Silver Screen, a one-of-a-kind concert that combines classic scenes from Hollywood’s Golden Age together with live orchestral accompaniment! Followed by an Oscar-worthy gala soirée at nearby The Historic ALFRED I. DUPONT BUILDING.

When: 6:30pm – 11:30pm, Saturday, February 13, 2010

NEW CAMPUS OPENING FESTIVITIES: JANUARY 2011

Save the date for the most anticipated event of 2011: the opening of New World Symphony’s state-of-the art campus, designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Frank Gehry.

A full month of opening festivities will include our annual benefit VIVACE (January 8, 2011), an exciting Ribbon-Cutting ceremony (January 19, 2011) and a number of groundbreaking performances lead by MTT.

Join the music and art elite from around the globe in celebration of this glorious occasion!
