New World Symphony Fellows collaborate with local Korean restaurant, 2 Korean Girls, to introduce you to a night of “Seoul-ful” cooking. Learn about Korean food as Jennifer and Chef Allen lead a cooking demonstration. NWS Fellows will provide the tunes, covering music by BTS, the first and only K-Pop group to earn a Grammy Award nomination, and a few others!

Friends of NWS will donate a portion of this evening’s proceeds to the Asian American Legal Defense and Education Fund (AALDEF) and Stop AAPI Hate. AALDEF’s mission is to protect and promote civil rights of Asian Americans through litigation, advocacy, education and organizing. Stop AAPI Hate raises national awareness about the issue of anti-Asian hate and support government agencies and community-based organizations.
