Owner and celebrated chef Thierry Isambert hails from the Champagne region of France and is inspired by his European roots, treating every dish as an innovative masterpiece. Thierry travels far and wide for inspiration while creating new dishes, often combining traditional French cooking techniques with Mediterranean, Caribbean, Indian and Pacific influences. After founding his business in 1989, Thierry’s status quickly rose from entrepreneur to celebrity chef-caterer. In 2009 the Ministry of France awarded him the prestigious “Merit de Agricole” to honor his undying passion in culinary excellence, business integrity and community involvement through charitable and philanthropic ventures. Thierry’s talents and reputation extend to all his clients through his impeccable service and professional staff.
