Rush and Standby Tickets

A limited number of tickets to select NWS performances and events are available for purchase on the day of the performance, one hour prior to the concert start time. Tickets are subject to availability and NWS cannot guarantee specific, adjacent seats.

Rush and Standby Tickets are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Previously purchased tickets cannot be refunded or discounted. All performances, artists, dates, venues, prices and programs are subject to change.

NWS offers a limited number of discounted tickets to select NWS performances and events. A Rush Ticket entitles the holder to a guaranteed seat and can be purchased in person at the NWS Box Office beginning 60 minutes prior to the start of the concert. Prices may vary by performance.
NWS offers an extremely limited number of Standby Tickets to select NWS performances and events. Prices may vary by performance.
Standby Tickets can be purchased in person at the NWS Box Office starting 30 minutes prior to the start of the concert and Standby Ticket holders agree to remain in the seats assigned to them by NWS House Staff. A Standby Ticket does not guarantee a seat; refunds will be issued to Standby Ticket holders for whom seats cannot be found. Standby Ticket holders who do not comply with program requirements forfeit future Standby Ticket eligibility.
