Pennsylvania Avenue Garage
1661 Pennsylvania Ave (entrance via Lincoln Lane North)
Closest garage with a pedestrian bridge that leads into New World Center (Level 3 of the garage connects to Level 2 of New World Center)
$15 flat rate during events
There’s a staffed garage office on Level 1 if you need help or have questions.
As of January 2026: The City of Miami Beach parking garages no longer accept cash as payment. You may pay with a credit card or by using the Parkmobile payment app.
17th Street Garage

Both garages have accessible parking and on-site validation for disabled guests at their garage offices (Level 1).

Let your driver know drop-off is on 17th St.
Brightline: Take the Brightline to MiamiCentral, then hop in a taxi or rideshare (about a 15–20 min ride to New World Center).
Miami Beach Trolley: Free and convenient. Look for the South Beach Loop, it stops within walking distance of the New World Center.
Biking: There are CitiBike stations near Lincoln Road and 17th Street. Bike racks are available in the city garages.
