At the New World Symphony we understand that everyone experiences the world in different ways. The following page is to help plan your visit so that you can fully enjoy our concerts.

If there is anything you need that has not been covered here, please ask anyone from the Front of House Team, we are here to help!

Before arrival:

Welcome

I am going to a concert at the New World Center.
If I have questions about seating or accessibility, I can call the Box Office at 305.673.3331 before my visit. They are happy to help me choose seats that best fit my needs.

Preparing for my Visit

I may want to wear comfortable clothes and bring a sweater if I get cold.

Travel

I might travel by car, rideshare, public transportation or another way.
It is helpful to arrive at least 40 minutes before the concert begins.

Luc and Gianna

This is Luc and Gianna, they are here for you if you need anything
1st Floor Entrance

You will enter through either of these entrances. Luc is usually on the 1st floor at the main entrance and Gianna is usually on the 2nd floor bridge entrance.
2nd Floor Entrance

You will enter through either of these entrances. Luc is usually on the 1st floor at the main entrance and Gianna is usually on the 2nd floor bridge entrance.
