Fee: $15 Event Parking

Upon entering the garage, take a ticket from the automated attendant. Please take your ticket with you upon exiting your vehicle. Upon returning to the garage, use an automated kiosk to pay for parking, and use validated ticket to exit garage at automated exits. For your convenience, a pedestrian bridge to the New World Center is located on the third level. A garage office is located on the first floor level for assistance.

Fee: $2/hr.

For assistance, a garage office is located at the first floor level close to the 17th street exit.

For event days: Though the garage may appear closed, with cones in front of the entrance, be sure to show the guard your tickets or, if your tickets are at will-call, tell them that you are attending the New World Symphony concert and they will allow you to park in the garage. These spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis and access will be granted as long as there are any parking spaces left within the garage.

 

Disabled Parking Validation

The City of Miami Beach will offer handicapped validation at either of the garage offices, located on the first floors. For questions or assistance, please contact their offices at 305-673-PARK (7275).

For questions regarding parking in the Lincoln Road area, including both the 17th Street and Lincoln garages, please call the City of Miami Beach Parking Department Hotline at: (305) 673-PARK (7275), or visit the City of Miami Beach's parking website.

PLEASE NOTE: the City of Miami Beach owns and operates the parking facilities adjacent to the New World Center.

Ticketing Policies

How to Order Tickets

New World Symphony tickets can be charged to your American Express, Visa or MasterCard by contacting our Box Office, or online at www.nws.edu.

Groups

Music is better together! NWS invites groups of ten or more to enjoy discounted tickets for concerts throughout the season. Click here for more information.

Discount Tickets

The New World Symphony offers a variety of discounts, including Student, Rush, Standby and Groups. Click here for more info.

Exchanges and Refunds

Subscribers can exchange tickets by phone, mail or in person at the Box Office for any other available performance, excluding special events. Your tickets must be received by the Box Office at least 24 hours before your subscription concert. If you are exchanging for higher-priced tickets, you will need to pay the difference. All New World Symphony ticket purchases are final. There are no refunds.

Lost Tickets

Lost or misplaced tickets can be easily replaced with reprinted tickets. Call the Box Office to arrange to have your reprinted tickets held for you at the Will Call window.

NWS Age Policy

Children eight years of age or older are welcome at all New World Symphony performances. Our Concerts for Kids are programmed specifically for children aged four through nine, and our outdoor WALLCAST™ Concerts, may be attended by children and adults of all ages. Every person, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the performance hall.

Can't Make It?

We understand that plans can change. Please call the Box Office at 305.673.3331 or email tickets@nws.edu to release your tickets. Patrons who return their tickets for resale receive a receipt for a tax deduction.
